SAN FRANCISCO AREA SHOWS
A number of folks have inquired about shows in San mateo, Santa Clara, Pleasanton and other CA locales. The only CA location that we will visit during the 2009/2010 show season is Costa Mesa (October 31 - November 1, 2009). A number of factors have led us to this decision - primarily the support of attendees for San Mateo. Simply put - not enough of you visited the show for the exhibitors to support these shows. coupled with extremely high costs of unionized halls make these shows very difficult to present. We will certainly keep our eyes on the situation and will revisit if we see changes that would warrant such a move. We do thank you for your interest in The Woodworking Shows and wish you the best of success in your woodworking projects. Submitted By: Administrator Account

Would love to see a show in San Jose. We are well located at the south end of San Francisco Bay and there are about a million people living in this area. Freeway access from the East Bay and also on up to San Francisco. Should be worth your consideration. dan Submitted By: Dan Raby

Houston Show
Just wondering when we'll know where the Houston show will take place. We have attended several years at Reliant and this year in Katy and enjoyed the Katy venue (except for those MOST uncomfortable chairs in the break out rooms) quite a bit. It seemed a lot less "stressful" - even if it did require over an hour's drive. We stayed the night at a local hotel to avoid that back and forth. Truly enjoyed the break outs in quiet rooms! Finishing
I attended the seminar on finishing and I can't seem to find the finishing product called RTS(ready to spray) that was recommended. Can you guys help me find that product? By the way I used the tips learned at those seminars and I finished a Hope Chest that looked like a million bucks Thanks Bob E. Submitted By: Bob Ejk
